Once all your wishes have been taken into account and all the details of the interior and exterior, as well as the necessary equipment, have been agreed upon, you will receive a carefully prepared specification, which will form an integral part of the contract.
Ensure that the selected product can be placed on your site in compliance with all necessary standards and regulations. This can be found out from your local municipality.
Each municipality has different requirements, but in most cases, a permit is required to install a house or sauna. We will provide the necessary technical documentation for our products, which is required to obtain a building permit. It is also necessary to ensure that the delivery truck can reach your site and that there is sufficient space for unloading machine.
Once the specifications have been approved and the contract signed, your house or sauna will be handcrafted and carefully assembled by our team of skilled craftsmen at the HutOnHill workshop in Riga, Latvia. In addition to simplifying installation, prefabricating our houses and saunas allows us to ensure the highest possible level of finish.
After signing the contract, you will receive access to your personal account on our website, where you can virtually monitor the progress of your house construction from the earliest stages of production. Photos and videos from the production site will be updated weekly and will be available to you around the clock. You will have complete control at a time convenient for you, wherever you are.
By following a precise schedule that determines readiness, you can conveniently coordinate your contractors' schedules. All preparatory work must be completed by the date of arrival at the site. Our team will provide you with all the necessary resources to complete this stage and answer any questions you may have during the work.
When your sauna or house is ready and has been inspected in our workshop, we will deliver it to your site. We have extensive experience working in the most challenging installation conditions. Our team will unload and install the sauna or house in the location you have prepared. Your sauna or house will be ready for use after final connection to external utilities. The entire process usually takes 1-2 days.
HutOnHill warranty is 2 years for all elements. The lifespan of our production is 50+ years if treated with care.
