HUTONHILL is responsible only for the production and transportation. For infrastructure, external utilities, and landscaping, separate cooperation must be arranged with the best specialists in the respective fields.
The HUTONHILL representatives will send the necessary drawings for the foundation, but the client is responsible for finding the local contractor who would design, construct and install the foundation according to local regulations and ground.
It depends on how the plot will look and what type of house will be there. We do not carry out excavation work, you will need to provide a plan of your house to obtain permission to install a house, we will help you navigate this issue in during our meeting.
The client will be informed of delivery time according to the location and the amount of their order. That is approximately 6-8 weeks for saunas, 10-14 weeks for houses. The overall time from the moment you sign the contract until moving in depends on several factors, such as the processing time by the municipality.
